    Issue after long earplug use

    One thing that may be causing some discomfort is shoving the earplugs too far into your ears. It can hurt your ears as well, especially if you do it for a lengthy amount of time. Just always be gentle.

    Tinnitus - Hearing buzz sound every second

    It's quite possible that it's only temporary, if it's only been happening for about a week. Just try not to listen to as much music, turn down the volume if you do. It could definitely still go away.
