A very high pitched and high volume noice trauma at a club started it. Very much improvement after first year. Catastrophic the first year, a total life changer. Pain.
Now I have 60-70% good days (tt hardly there) 30-40% bad days when I prefer, but dont always use, a masker which helps a bit.
Sleep can turn off and set on my tinnitus. Sometimes a nap can set it on. Nothing else noticable so far can affect it.
