Agreed. I think «spike» is used on the forum both for when we get a louder T due to a new sound exposure and/or when a louder T is caused by some inner thing like stress, tension (and perhaps food?) etc.. We should try to clarify what we mean by «spike».

I notice the effect within 20 minutes or so. I am taking it with lots of water, right after breakfast, for lack of better ideas. I think it only has has a shortterm effect, but cannot say for certain since I have never paused taking it :)

The Niacinamide 500mg I am using is about 1/10 of the price of NR. Why should I still buy NR? (Bear over with me as I am no pharmacist and value very much a few simple explanatory sentences).
