I love how every potential tinnitus treatment article you read wants to spend 75 percent of the time defining tinnitus. Like no shit.

If you think about it, the plausibility of any possible cure would have to coincide with people who's T randomly disappears 5 years later.

To date, my most effective "cure" for T is a hot bath and to get lost reading anything on the internet. How to's, whatever. Calms it down.

So I'm 3 months shy of 2 years. New development. My right ear makes a super high pitch when I whistle, and also on the phone.

It's been 22 months. Had a good cry tonight. Sometimes, youd like just a break atleast.

Every day is a waiting game

Randomly went deaf in one ear for a few seconds with a new tone, then it disappeared. Hours later it did it in the other ear. Why?

Almost every day after eating, my ear pops and I can hear more clearly out of it. Does anyone else get that?

I'm losing it

SOMETIMES, I have no T in my left ear in the morning for the first few minutes. Right is constant but sometimes quieter in the morning.
