Just joined. How do I access the complimentary masking tracks?

On the home page, if you scroll down a bit, there will be a big green tab marked "audio player" on the right side of the page. I generally use a website called MyNoise. It has plenty of different sounds from nature to coloured noises and you can change all the frequencies until you find something you like

Unzip and a folder with the audio files appears, which you can play in any audio player.
