My first two years of tinnitus I really didn't bother ..I have had almost a 100 exposures leading a normal life , but since a few months ago I perceived higher tinnitus base volume , and a spike lasting several days with every exposure ....

Y Yeah got frequencies checked even after 8 k ...they r all down .......my graph has a steep slope after 8 k ...........12 k onwards is fully gone .....

Hi it hasn't protected. Have a fullness in both the ears and. A kind of vertigo....needs to go and get an audimetric test done to check for hearing loss

Went to a concert yesterday it lasted 6 hours .....wore 33 nrr heoros foam plugs in both ears and then further on top of that I sealed both my ears with 22 db nrr silicon ear plugs ... So a total of 55 nrr in both ears .. Could only hear a bit of speech and hardly any music I was about 2o m away...

For me loud noise. Although I still go for parties with protection. ..................stress at work,........exercise......acidity and gas ......high blood pressure .....salt especially msg ...... Pomegranate juice ......smoking .....small quanties of alcohol ....emotional changes anger...

I Sean ,, thanks for ur reply .....just wanted to ask u is ur social life also in the dumps .... I am really struggling to cope with this aspect of my tinnitus as here in india there is a lot of socialising , usually there is an invite every night of which now I am refusing at least 80 percent...
