Same for me, I noticed when I am not stressed I hear it less or it's not loud enough for me to pay attention to it. I hope to find a solution as soon as I get the tests done though.

I hear my heart beat in my right ear at all times... terribly annoying. From a lot of research, I found it's pulsatile tinnitus. Might be linked to high blood pressure.
