Rachel hi, I have exactly the same where if I block my left ear for a bit or blow and hold it makes the hum go away. Sometimes it goes but sometimes it comes back after a few seconds. What the hell is it? T as I know it as I have been living with the high pitch ringing for 11 years doesn't stop...
