Yeah when I really struggle I use Melatonin, I try not to rely on it too much though. I mask with music most nights.

Didn't think there was much anyone could do from what I saw. I just thought it was pretty normal until recently. I also tend to have a lot of physical problems and I hate bringing up more issues when I don't have to.

No I haven't got hearing loss to that degree, just certain frequencies and letter sounds don't register properly. Is that something I can go to a clinic and ask for if proper hearing loss isn't involved?
