Ah, I get SBUTTs quite a lot! (I do have tons of other ear issues - MEM/TTTS, many tinnitus tones - high pitch variants, crickets chirping, deep revving/humming I can hear and feel & pulsatile tinnitus, slight hearing loss, patulous Eustachian tubes, and sinus issues / ETD at the same time...
