Hello fellow Canadian. In fact my tinnitus is way louder starting in the middle the afternoon and especially at night.

I take Seroquel 25 mg and it helps.

She played a sound and I told her when it matched the loudness of my tinnitus. I guess it's not 100% accurate but it gives a rough idea.

I went to an audiologist who measured my tinnitus at 8 dB but it was in the morning and it is way worse at night.
