I'm posting back on this thread to see how everyone is doing now. I have the same issue. Very low tinnitus in my left ear, but when I tilt my head or turn in the morning after sleeping on my neck, I hear the wind noise. I've had an MRI of the ear. I'm so down about this. Anyone got anything...
