Your status saying is very good food for thought. I'm a total newbie at this and have no idea of the best approach, other than practicing patience and trying to avoid stress. I certainly have, in my extremely short time with T, sought ways of handling or reducing it, but I am not involved long enough to consider using habituation, yet.

Habituation doesn't exist it's just another way of saying giving up. Making this my status because I'm tired of telling everyone.
