I agree with you.

I have a similar situation as gloomy said. My tinnitus is more aggressive when I lie down. But in standing/sitting position it goes more quite slowly (2 hours at best) but it is still there.

What kind of ear plug did you use?

I have tinnitus on both ears that sounds like drilling the wall and body purrs/chills when lying down for sleep (usually at night)
