i've had high pitched loud tinnitus for just over 10 years. the past 4-5 yrs i've used the Tranquil Simplicity OTE broadwave length sound generators for masking. they've helped alot, for those times when the sound is distracting and annoying. well....i recently lost them....and am looking for...
