Zen Dave

Just a regular guy trying to make it in this world. I have dealt with mild Tinnitus for 21 years successfully until Nov 2019 I was exposed to some alarms that seriously damaged my hearing and have made my tinnitus intolerable. I recently found this forum and hope to find help.

I go by the name Zen Dave, almost ironically since I'm not very good at being Zen, though I completely believe in the power of meditation and Zen practice.
