Yeah, when I got to work the other day, as soon as I got out of my car someone blasted their car horn at full volume while I was 20-40 ft away. I don't wear ear protection bc I don't go anywhere that wouldn't be considered 'normal noise'. I've never had a problem before.

But ear protection has to be there for the unexpected as it is sinking in that what would have been just a T spike is also setting me back in H by 2 months or more, now that my H has worsened. @Jack Straw

So no T spike? Just H spike? Im sorry to hear that. Hopefully your H will rebound quickly to where it was.

@Jack Straw Both T and H spike. :/ T spike came first, then H and now they are concurrent with return of reactive T.
I was really looking forward to picking up voice chat this weekend. Now I'm unsure if I should with this H spike. Hoping I get better before Saturday.

Let your ears rest up as much as possible until the weekend. It's so hard to predict these unexpected events. Hang in there I'm sure it will go down!

Wish you the best. Ultimately, it’ll probably work itself out with or without the protection.

I really hate to have to agree with you, but experiences in situations that should have been fine have taught me other wise. I'm protecting more often, but not everywhere (at my own risk).
