    The only thing you can do is to play nature sounds. You don't want to drown out tinnitus, you just want to give yourself something else to listen to besides tinnitus. Of course, at first you will continue to be focusing on your tinnitus. But give it 15 minutes, and you ought to be listening to nature sounds. The sounds of crickets go well with high pitch tinnitus.
