Could be worth a try, but many people with noise induced T can modulate it with movement. My personal thought on this is that noise induced T could possibly be worsened by physical factors such as neck/shoulder stiffness or malfunction. At least I hope so for my own benefit... Since my T fluctuates so much I have explored this angle but there's not much to conclude so far

If you try an osteopath, craniosacral therapy seems to have worked for some people. I have tried osteopathy for other issues and it didn t work short term, it's too expensive to go regularly for me
