What kind of noises did you expose yourself to?

Street noise hitting 90db easily with loud motorcycles passing by that were even louder than that. Riding buses and sitting next to the engine which easily reached 100db (I'm in Bangkok, the buses are so loud). Also sat at a bar with friends which had live music and I forgot my ear plugs.

My permanent spike came one week after the noise exposure, and this is not uncommon from what I've read
