You guys I started to have this noise in August 2018 and I tried everything. Had MRI, Allergy tests but they came normal. I tried different supplements but none worked till I tried Lecithin. I use the Sunflower Lecithin 1200 mg. It says take two capsules but I take one.
This supplement goes through the kidneys not liver. Just to make sure that you let your doctor know about it. If you want you can also ask a Pharmacist. Good Luck to all !
