I have my original sound in the right ear- but it is no longer a pure tone and much lower in pitch. It sounds like a hiss sometimes, but when I use ear protection I can make out the pitch.
The original sound in my left ear went to a really high hiss in February. Since then it calmed a bit, and is sometimes more of a quiet room situation again.
