Please share your magic powers! How did you suppress the anxiety?

@Drachen This is weird but here: I play subway surfers, and when I have collected enough coins, my brains tells me that it's been long enough. Then I get a peaceful feeling and my ear drops the spike. Happens after getting about 5000 coins.

@Drachen It also seems that my phone speaker from my old phone triggers a spike because it's bad quality. Will not use it again.

No, no! That's not weird at all! I had actually found some mobile games that I've been playing recently too that somewhat take my mind off things. There were even moments where I probably didn't hear the noise at all. I wish it were easier to distract myself other. Do whatever helps you!

@Drachen The heater that runs almost all day is to blame. Continuous sound no matter what decibel is not good. I think it's my absolute trigger. I will turn it off as much I can, and hopefully I will never get a spike again
