5 years tinnitus this month. The good news is that summer is coming.

Yesterday my ringing in the right ear fluctuated a lot, specifically after using some spray hair products. Can they irritate the ears?

It sucks that we have to live with this but it sucks even more when people around you don't recognize how bad it is

I dropped out of the job. The environment is too loud even with earmuffs.

New year, new challenges. Hopefully the quantity of positivity will be big.

Found a job. First need hearing protection. Is -30 decibels good?

In about 2 weeks I will be 20 years old. WHAT

The bulking phase was a huge success. From 57 kg / 125 pounds to 61 kg / 134 pounds. Anxiety is also 50% less intense from strength training

I wrote on my info paper for the doctor that I can't handle ototoxic drugs. Is it a good idea?

Started gaming recently. Out of nowhere a panic attack while in my bed. Quiting of course. Didn't know that this is the exact trigger.

Since fx-322 kind of failed I don't have anything special to read anymore tbh

Sensitivity up and right ear does not behave normal probably due to all the work

It's too warm. I do have a new quiet fan though, kinda sensitive right now due to a lot of work.

My sister turned on a machine and I thought that my ear started to misbehave, about two hour later realized it. Unnecessary anxiety lol

About a month and a half until I finish school.

Maybe that's the beauty of life. It's finite and time is the only thing we have that truly doesn't come back.
