Have you taken steroids recently? That can cause irregular eye pressure.

@Kriszti nope. It was 18mmhg 3 years ago. It was 20mmhg 6 months ago. Seems like I've had it for quite a while.

do you also suffer from floaters?

Just curious. I have lots of them too, and they give me so much anxiety :( My eye pressure has been examined and its normal though. Very scary that you maybe are getting glaucoma. Im sorry for you.
