Hi Sophie, it's doing much better this week, thank you! I'm afraid to jinx myself, but the last two days it's been the quietest it's been in 3 months. It's a very faint hiss now, and I feel my reactivity is going downl. I've been forcing myself to listen to music louder than I have been (but not too loud), and not plugging my ears as much. I'm hopeful this is almost done! How about you? Any improvements yet?
Unfortunately I have always been a big worrier haha so this has really knocked me on my butt, especially since it happened at a high-stress point in my life.
