@Foamearplugssuck I'm sorry to hear that. Is it pain or loudness hyperacusis? Wont hearing protection suffice when hanging out, provided it doesn't involve anything very loud? I have bad loudness hyperacusis, but would have much more freedom if my tinnitus just didn't spike.
