Should be sleeping but my spike is keeping me awake
I wonder how much noise reduction (on average) does being inside a car provide, as opposed to being outside.Any people on this forum with T/H/both who play the guitar?I am thankful that I don't live in a loud area. I wouldn't be able to move anyway. It's only loud when my neighbours throw parties.I got a big spike in my right ear Hope the tinnitus can return back to baseline.Gonna have fun avoiding firecrackers tonight by staying home. Happy new year.People using firecrackers and fireworks in residential areas at night are assholes. And you can't convince me otherwise.My ears feel fragileI was exposed to very loud construction for about 20 seconds. My right ear hurts and rings louder. My left one seems less affected.I got honked on an alleyway for like 5 seconds by some douche. I had 27dB earplugs and X4A earmuffs on top. In theory I should be ok...Life is so unfair for people suffering on this forum.@MindOverMatter There is sometimes a blurry line between what you can and can't control.As soon as there's nice weather outside: my neighbours -> loud music. Will have to listen soon.Missing out on life on day at a time.I just hate the world in general right now.My achievement today: I left the house and I went to get a haircut scissors only. Yeah, that's the level of struggle. Hope ears will be ok.Big spike in my left ear since last night.Still alive. Just not as active here. When I come here though, it's usually not because I'm having a good time.Because of tinnitus there's so many nice things I simply can't have. And even the things I can enjoy, are not truly the same.Bad day. Neighbour used some power tools in his front yard. -
