@CrystalB It's fantastic that it can reach so low to barely audible, just remember that fact and keep it as hope. Tinnitus can fluctuate, sometimes it does it for no reason, but I think most often than not, there are reasons behind it, and it's best if we can figure out the triggers.

My ears was more stopped up yesterday and tinnitus was not as loud,Today my ears are more open and it’s louder,I don’t understand.I have allergies,sometimes I stir up my allergies on purpose to make my ears and nose clogged up to get relief from tinnitus.

Has anyone experience that?

It's good that you have found a way to reduce your T, but unfortunate that it involves provoking your allergies. Hope things improve for you.
