I don't know if it's useful advice for everyone on here, especially people with very severe tinnitus, but it definitely is for me. Thanks for the reminder. I'm also dealing with a spike that seems to be permanent, but maybe it's just because I'm back to monitoring my tinnitus after years of absence from these forums where I just let it ring and didn't care?
