I notice when I stand up really quick I become deaf for a second or two and the T becomes piercing. It’s scary

Light-headed, like disassociated from myself but just for a few seconds... I don't know...

@Nadia231 The feeling of going deaf with fleeting tinnitus is very common(but scary). I experience it often

@danielthor Sometimes when I stand up really quickly my blood pressure drops and I almost faint. The tinnitus usually goes silent for a second, but that's likely due to going partially unconcsious, like when we drift off to sleep and the tinnius fades away. Scary nonetheless.

Maybe light-headed is not the best word... It's more like my head feels like in a bubble or underwater for just a second, and then the sharp fleeting T kicks in

I don't get the thing you're describing @Nadia231, but I highly doubt it's anything to be concerned about.

It's very common to become highly neurotic after developing tinnitus, and self-monitor/analyse to a detrimental degree.

Try not to worry (unless you start randomly passing out places or something).

@Damocles you're very right about all the paranoia that comes with T, but I've had T since 2015 which progressively got worse with the years... So any new weird symptoms just scare me so much. But I'll take your advice. Worrying won't solve it anyway.

It's very common with fleeting T. My hearing drops out for a split second, followed by louder than normal T for a few seconds. Happens to me most days, kind of use to it now.
