I've been to two ENTs in my life, and now that I think about it, the first one commented on their teeny-tiny size as well. Now I know why using regular foam earplugs gave me impacted earwax.

I think I have the opposite. I have yet to find plugs that fully seal my ear canals tight. I must have very large ear canals.

I do also. Those plugs @Damocles posted look like I may need some. I have/had inner auditory canal osteomas (one was removed on the right side) that supposedly can effect the size of the canal as it forms. These osteomas are normally congenital. Have you had a CT scan?
