Tinnitus is just as it was two-three years ago, but now I'm able not to pay attention to it. I have my plugs almost all the time while outside.

Most of the time I'm using uvex hicom, which are less muffling than "heavier" ones. For heavy noise environment i was using 3m 1100, but recent discovery - Haspro, blue, those from tube are the best ones i have ever had.
