Thanks so kindly for all of this info @Stacken77, it's been hard to find a lot of encouragement particularly for high frequency reactive tinnitus across this forum which is what I'm experiencing though I'm sure I haven't combed through every post. Yes avoiding loud noises has been the way to go for me. I'm 3 weeks in but that's made a huge difference. How has sound masking been for you?
