Only if you take extremely much. If you are insanely unlucky you could have some temporary tinnitus from it, but that's very, very rare. If you take 1-2 it should be perfectly fine.

Hey again @Farida, hope you're doing alright, despite the headache.
So I've taken paracetamol several times since developing tinnitus and it's never made it PERMANENTLY worse.
It has however given me TEMPORARY spikes the day after I've taken it, but those have always subsided after 24 hours.
