@AbeS. Yes I know how scary and sad thought it is to lose a dog, best friend. I remember thinking for years that this year could be her last year because she was getting old. It made me appreciate every day I got to spend with her. And thank you for your support.

So true what you are saying. I have been thinking the same thing.
My dog had heart issues in 2018 and I was scared that she would not survive, but thanks to medication she has lived another four years already. For that I am forever thankful.

How loud are your tones? Can you hear them outside?

I have two tones, lower and high pitched. The volume fluctuates and the sound changes a lot. Usually my spikes go down soon. I can hear my T in left ear when I watch TV, I can hear it almost always indoors besides masking it with sound that helps to forget it for a sec.

I have to use earplugs outside because of my hyperacusis at the moment. I am not sure would I hear it without them. Now my right ear has started to ring and it has rang for days.

Is your t constant or on and off?

I think it more constant but the volume changes. Sometimes it is louder and sometimes quieter. How is your T?
