@RachLouise Seems my first message got deleted, I mentioned I did NUCCA and PT and vitamins, diets, etc but so far nothing has help me on the T. Nucca and PT did help with my TMJ and Neck pains.

Sorry if I'm not seeing your previous comments, I'm useless at this site. Did you try an occlusal splint?
