I'm sorry your suffering has reached a point where it is overshadowing everything you've once considered worth living for. The other commenters are right, of course there is hope and of course there is a chance of improvement, but the tinnitus hell you're forced to live with is an unbelievable challenge as well - all day, every day -
and only you can decide whether this is just a temporary low or if you have truly reached your limits. I don't have to tell you to think this through carefully because I'm sure you already have.
