How much are you taking?

You have migraines so I assumed that was part of your issue. Maybe thats not always the case.. Glad you are getting some relief. Do you take capsules or use powder? I use powder on tea with some pepper.

@Wrfortiscue it only affects the really high pitch stuff I've had since covid. It's very minimal, but enough to make a big difference in my distress.

I specifically take CuraMed 750mg.

@MaxRabbit it only affects the "head" tinnitus that I've had ever since Covid back during christmas. It doesn't do anything at all for my original tinnitus that I was battling with.

I take capsules with two fish oil capsules and something fatty, like yogurt.

I see. You have 2 tones and one is helped some by the pills. Im glad, yes, any relief is amazing. :)

@MaxRabbit oh no I have around 6 tones. it's hard to pinpoint exactly how many since some are overpowered by others.
