Hi @Safari1999 , I plan on making another post in a couple of months, but I started to realize through nerve tingling that a lot of this has to do with neurology and anxiety. I strongly believe that meditation and working on anxiety management has helped me the most. It’s a lot of work, but there’s a lot you can do!
@Safari1999 also, it takes a LOT of discipline but make sure that you get a good night of sleep, keep sodium intake reasonable, and consume as little sugar and caffeine as possible!
@CJCP thanks for the tips. i struggle with my sleep a lot and with anxiety so i guess this is a good opportunity to work on that. how did you develop this?
@Mi1 Much better! I'm convinced this is actually just central sensitization, so I'm treating this as such. I've focused on managing my anxiety disorder by way of therapy and through emotional processing of previous traumas throughout life. Pain is an emotional experience. I am not out of the woods yet, but I am able to tolerate almost all noise now. My brain isn't interpreting neuropathic messages as pain anymore.
