Hey Ideas are always welcome. Yes, we even had an intern for six months some years back, where lots of outreach was involved. Results were, sadly, abysmal. The ones with >500K subscribers start to be difficult to get a response from, and the big ones with >1M subscribers are more or less unreachable. Tinnitus is not just a very engaging topic and we didn't have luck with less popular channels either.

But I'd like to hear more of your thoughts so I'll reach out to you.
