Working out is party of my mental health so I had no choice but to. This website will scare the shit out you and make you think it'll get worse "permanently" from working but for most cases that not true. I do lifting and strength training. I also dance so a lot of bouncing up and down, and foot work

My t will get louder during the work out and it used to worry me, but it's short lived in my case and calms down for the rest of the day. My t has only gotten better. Working out has not made it permanently worse what so ever
