@Jackson Brady hey! when I first started getting issues I had a spike that lasted about two weeks or so before it went back down. i was so scared but I tried to do things to distract me like go for walks in the park and listen to white noise so I didn't focus on it
I think my longest was a few weeks. It's hard to say though if yours changes. Mine does so it's hard to know when I have a new noise or spike or fluctuations.. Most of them don't last long too long tho and eventually settle down.
@Jackson Brady I don't know what caused mine. Possibly related to stress and anxiety, maybe covid or vax. No idea. Mine is a baseline, a high pitched whine/dog whistle, and morse code. It changes so much tho and goes up and down in volume. Sometimes swallowing or turning my head changes it.
