@Jupiterman - no, they are being manufactured. It was the mould fitting, and putty syringing in the ear canal that caused whatever is happening now.

I am now worried about wearing them though if the moulding can do this.
Be careful and gentle when insering them. Practice a few times - slowly.
@Jupiterman - will be holding off for a while now, only when feel ready - and like you say, slowly.
