Yes, I am afraid there are none. Mirtazapine or Amitriptyline or Doxylamine would be the options. But that is nothing to take long-term. And the plants (Valerian, Hop) do not work either... it is terrible

@Armin, have you tried anything for sleep? I take Doxylamine a few nights a week. It helps but as you said, not for long term use.
