Yes, the name of the piste was le bouquetin. My zodiac sign is Capricorn so a picture with the Ibex was crucial. I actually saw a real one last time i was hiking in France.

14 years since the onset of severe tinnitus and life is actually going quite well for me.

Almost finished this pre-University course. Got all the grades I need for my first choice, and am enjoying socialising (with earplugs in).

Like the thinking behind the profile picture change btw. Makes sense.

Must have been cool to see an Ibex in person, although I would have found it somewhat intimidating.

@Damocles good to hear. I’m happy for you. Seems like you're successful with both managing tinnitus and finishing your course. So are you proceeding with University after the course?

The ibex wasn't close so no worries. It's not much in life that scares me after getting tinnitus.

Due to start the course this September, @Loui. And yes, I still believe it is possible to get (some of) the things we want (albeit via alternate routes we hadn't considered before).
