Well,i'm glad to wake up from nightmares,hearing my T i'm like you SOB,oh well lol.Sleep paralysis is such a horrible feeling,every fiber of your being wants to move but you can't and you're getting anxious while being paralyzed.

Our concept of real is limited by our acknowledged senses.
Some experiences enter the realm of the divine because we can't explain it.The problem to me is why question that dream?I have had so many dreams/nightmares that did not make any sense at all while the general consensus is they're related to a certain processing the brain needed to make.

Only when you dream about things you've never experienced ( while being conscious )how is the brain even recalling those sequences?.
