    Well,I am going on monday to request some type of meds from the doc. I am not sure what type I need. Something for anxiety I think. Although I don't like the thought of meds,but if it will make me relax,I guess it wouldn't hurt....

    Though I would argue benzos have kept me alive, I would say try alternative routes first, mainly natural. If you go benzo, at least take klonopin/clonazepam/rivitrol.@John G

    Ok. I will see what doc will say. Although I did go to a naturopathic clinic and here is a list of what they recomended for me.

    For sleeping - Tranquil Sleep.

    To prevent anxiety/panic attacks - L-theanine and Rhodiola.

    Use acutely if a panic attack is coming on - Glycine

    Plus take Vitamin D and magnesium bioglycyinate.

    I havn't ordered/tried these products yet. That is just what what they recommended .

    Not sure if I should go the natural route or try meds. Just hate the thought of wasting money on trying to find out what is the best route.

    Basically I have always had bad anxiety all my life,so the naturopath doc gave that list to see if it will relax me and also it may help in relieving my T because of anxiety
