Thank you. Not experienced it before. Occured the day after I spent the evening at a friend's drinking/playing video games

@Charburchar That's so annoying. Sucks that these things can happen after trying to do something nice like spending time with a friend. I'm meeting my friend in her house this evening for a quiet dinner (she said she will try not to make any loud noise and talk lower etc.), but I'm super worried it will set me back. However, my mental health might benefit... we'll see.
