I no longer use headphones, and mostly game with external speakers as opposed to cheap monitor/laptop ones. Games like Tarkov and DayZ that rely on audio are trickier, but I still enjoy them a lot. I also use a small microphone so can still chat on Discord and with VOIP.

I watch gameplay vids online on tv... Don't play no more since I can't concentrate and also have visual issues like snow, afterimages etc anyways.
